    Northern CA (Jackson) General Surgery Opportunity

    Sutter Amador Hospital (SAH), a 52-bed acute care facility in the Sierra Nevada foothills, has an opportunity for a BC/BE General Surgeon to build a single-specialty practice. SAH will provide start-up support and a competitive income guarantee, along with relocation assistance. Backup ED call will be shared with two local surgeons.

    Sutter Amador Hospital, built in 2000, is located in Jackson, town of 4,500 people, with a total service area population of 40,000. Jackson is centrally located with easy access to metro and urban areas with a 1 hour drive to Sacramento; 1-1/2 hour drive to Lake Tahoe; and a 2 hour drive to San Francisco.
