The Physician Group Clinical Care Ratings shown in the Pay for Performance Report Card are 18 clinical measures taken from patient services data recorded by physician groups and health plans. These measures are based on the medical services provided only to commercial HMO or Point of Service (POS) members who received care from physician groups during 2008.
